When is my bill due? +

Your bill is due on the same day each month. You can find your exact due date on your latest bill or in your online account.

How can I get a paper bill? +

Sign in to spectrum.net, go to Account Settings, and toggle Paper Billing on. Note: a $3.99/mo fee applies for paper bills.

Why did my bill change? +

Your promotional rate may have ended, you may have added services, or there may be annual price adjustments. Sign in to see a full bill breakdown.

Can I get an extension on my bill? +
